the money lessons schools forgot.
so i built them.
flourish started because nobody ever sat me down and explained an isa. turns out most students are in the same boat — so i built the course i wish someone had handed me.
niall
founder, flourish
i'm a university student, not a career software engineer. i built flourish myself — the lessons, the simulator, the whole product — because i kept noticing the same gap in every conversation with friends: nobody bad with money was actually bad with money. they just never got taught the rules.
school covers algebra and essay structure. it doesn't cover what an isa is, why compound interest matters at 19 not 40, or how to build a portfolio without risking rent money to learn. so flourish teaches it the way i wish it had been taught to me: short, practical, and with a sandbox to practise in before any of it is real.
it's free, it's built for students, and it's just getting started.
our own learning path
same format we use for every lesson — because this is genuinely where we are.
module 1
the idea
realising nobody actually teaches you this stuff
module 2
the build
designed and coded the whole thing solo, nights and weekends
module 3
the launch
getting flourish in front of real students at real universities
module 4
the mission
every uk undergraduate leaving with real financial confidence
we think financial confidence shouldn't depend on which family you were born into.
that's the whole reason flourish is free, and will stay that way for every core lesson.
2m+
uk undergraduates who never got this taught in school
100%
free, no paywalls on core lessons, ever
